About the Product

1.Is this the only place I can purchase garments with these designs?

Yes. All the designs are illustrated by me and my daughter and they're on sale here in our online store and at CO PLAY in Plaza Singapura. If you have seen these designs elsewhere, please kindly inform me.

2. What material are these made of?

The kids' t-shirts are 100% cotton, while the adults' t-shirts are 95% cotton + 5% spandex. The t-shirts are compact knit, resulting in a dense and smooth fabric, ultra-comfortable to wear in Singapore's hot weather. 

The bags are also 100% cotton, they're soft to touch.

Shipping

1. How long does it take to receive my order?

As I run this small home-based-print-on-demand business on my own, please allow me 2-3 weeks to process your order. Please expect some delays during public holidays and festive seasons. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

2. How much is the shipment?

For Singapore, the shipping fee is $3, free for orders above $80.
For overseas shipment, please contact me for arrangements.

3. What is the mode of delivery?

Packages are largely delivered via Singpost.

 

Return and Refund and Cancellation

1. Can I return my order?

Every order is carefully checked before delivery. However, if there are indeed defects, return and refund can be processed for the following conditions:

• wrong items are delivered (with photo evidence)
• defective products before the products are used and/or washed by the customers (with photo evidence)

2. What is the process to request refund?

Request can be made via "Contact Me" page within 7 days upon receiving the orders, with photo evidence. Do remember to quote your order number while doing so. If the request is granted, refund will be credited back to the original payment method. My Bunny and Bear does not account for the exchange rate differences and/or transaction fees of the banks and credit cards.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately no. As this is a print-to-demand business, every garment is made to order.

 

Wash and Care

1. What is the best practice for washing and caring the garments?

It is best to hand wash but understandably this is not the most common practice in our busy lives. For best results, please remember to flip your garments inside out, and wash and dry in the washer and dryer in a laundry net on low temperature. And remember not to use bleach.
